No account or login required
The App does not require or provide any account creation or login with M24 Media Ltd You can use the App without registering or signing in to our services.
Information Collection
AromaTrack does not collect any personal data when you use the app. The only data we receive is basic app usage telemetry and crash reports, which are automatically collected and sent to us by Apple.
CloudKit and iCloud
AromaTrack uses Apple CloudKit to sync your data across your Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, and Mac). Your data is stored in a private, encrypted database secured with an account-based key. As a result, we do not have access to any data stored in your iCloud account or your Apple ID—only a unique, app-specific identifier that cannot be used to track you across other apps.
We cannot access any data stored in your AromaTrack CloudKit container. The only information we receive is anonymized telemetry data and crash reports provided by Apple. We do not sell or share this data.
Deleting Your CloudKit Data
If you wish to delete your AromaTrack data from iCloud, you can do so through the Settings app on your device. This will permanently remove your data across all synced devices.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before using those services.
Third-party services
This informational website does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or data collection services. This website is maintained to provide information about the AromaTrack app and does not integrate with any external services for data collection or analytics.
Analytics and Crash Reporting
The App itself does not transmit identifying data to M24 Media Ltd. However, we may receive anonymous crash reports and telemetry data from Apple solely to improve stability and usability. These services collect only non-identifying technical data (e.g. device type, operating system version, crash logs).
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these "cookies" explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use "cookies" to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Children's Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 17. In the case we discover that a child under 17 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
